Ready to take ownership of site surveying activities and ensure precision across every stage of construction? We’re looking for a Surveyor who thrives in dynamic project environments and is passionate about accuracy, quality, and teamwork.
This role sits within the Site Surveying function and reports directly to the Site Surveying Manager, with close coordination with the Senior Surveyor. The team is responsible for ensuring all survey-related activities are executed with precision, supporting construction teams through every phase of the project. It focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high standards across all surveying operations.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Surveyor within construction environments.

Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, setting out, and accuracy requirements.
• Proficiency in surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and coordinate systems.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site tolerances.

Skills:
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across site teams.
• Proven ability to supervise and guide junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable:
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
• Familiarity with BIM-related survey inputs and digital data processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Surveying or a related discipline.

Responsibilities Duties:

As a Surveyor, you will:
• Establish, verify, and maintain survey control points and coordinate systems across the site.
• Accurately set out lines, levels, and alignments for structures, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Carry out topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys, ensuring accurate documentation and records.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify surveying requirements and support construction teams.
• Supervise and guide junior surveyors, assistants, and chainmen to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular checks to maintain accuracy and prevent errors during construction.
• Ensure all survey works comply with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and procedures.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA/QC teams, reporting progress and site issues.

This role is full time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.
