The Finance Operations Lead will oversee and optimise financial processes within the industrial and manufacturing sector, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role requires expertise in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements.
A successful Finance Operations Lead should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
* Experience managing transactional finance teams
* Proven expertise in accounting and financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in leading and mentoring a finance team is advantageous.
Responsibilities Duties:
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
