Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department by coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, administering HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, contributing to efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and employee relations skills.
  • Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms, and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance records, leave management, and employee documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, performance management, and training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, employment letters, contracts, and other personnel documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training activities, and company events.
  • Support HR audits and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
