Job Description
A Senior Technical Engineer acts as the crucial bridge between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on operational execution.
- 8+ years' experience (Senior)
- Currently based in the UAE
- UAE main contractor experience is mandatory
- Proven high-rise project experience in the UAE
Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage all technical submittals, shop drawing reviews, and method statements across high-rise projects
- Review subcontractor technical packages for compliance with project specifications and UAE standards
- Coordinate with design consultants and the project delivery team to resolve technical queries
- Chair and attend technical coordination meetings with all project stakeholders
- Provide buildability and value engineering input during pre-construction and delivery phases
- Track and report on technical submission registers and approvals
