Job Description

The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across multiple properties or business units within a designated cluster. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with operational teams to maximize occupancy, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This position is commonly found in the hospitality, hotel, and tourism sectors.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or hospitality sales.
  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, tourism, or multi-property sales environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Experience Required

3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, hospitality sales, or customer relationship management.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth objectives across assigned properties or business units.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and key accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and property visits to promote products and services.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize business agreements with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and recommend strategies.
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, forecasts, and reports using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and cluster sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
