Finance Manager
Job Description
This Finance Manager role is based in the UAE and is responsible for overseeing the full finance function across entities within an international business environment. The position requires a hands-on professional who can ensure accurate reporting, strong compliance, and seamless coordination with global stakeholders.

Requirements:
· Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Chief Accountant role
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Professional qualification such as CPA or CA is preferred
· Proven experience working within multinational or international company structures
· Strong understanding of dual reporting (local entity and group/HQ reporting)
· Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations (mandatory)
· Experience preparing financial statements independently
· Familiarity with import/export regulations in the UAE
· Experience handling Letters of Credit and banking instruments
· Good understanding of payroll processes
· Experience collaborating with international teams
· Candidates must be based in the UAE
Responsibilities Duties:
· Manage the end-to-end finance function for two entities, including intercompany transactions
· Handle transactions between UAE Free Zone and international entities
· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in line with reporting requirements
· Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
· Support reporting to Head Office, ensuring alignment with group requirements
· Manage import/export-related financial processes in line with UAE regulations
· Handle banking activities, including Letters of Credit and similar instruments
· Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy across all accounting processes
· Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders when required
· Support HR and payroll-related accounting processes
· Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
· Work independently while proactively seeking guidance when needed
