F&B Service Expert
Job Description
The F&B Service Expert Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage service, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality operations.
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities Duties:
- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Prepare and arrange dining tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing and transaction records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Assist with special events, banquets, and promotional activities as required.
