Director Of Human Resource Operation
Job Description
The Director of Human Resources Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all Human Resources operations, strategies, and programs to support organizational goals and business growth. The role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and HR process optimization while ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management and operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in HR operations or strategic human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office, and workforce analytics tools.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building programs.
- Manage HR budgets, operational metrics, and departmental performance indicators.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and recommendations to executive leadership and department heads.
- Oversee HR information systems (HRIS), employee data management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage employee grievance procedures, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution processes.
- Develop and implement diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Prepare and present HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
