Job Description
The Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Associate is responsible for building sophisticated financial models, leading target valuation reviews, and preparing comprehensive transaction materials for mergers and acquisitions across healthcare networks. The role ensures the successful execution of buyer due diligence pipelines, market trend synthesis, and transaction tracking while matching top corporate advisory benchmarks.
Required Qualifications * Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or matching analytical disciplines.

3+ years of experience within an active investment banking division, corporate development hub, or M&A boutique center.

Series 79 and Series 63 regulatory registrations are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills * Exceptional financial engineering skills, expert-level Excel mechanics, and healthcare industry structural awareness.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface smoothly with client executive leadership groups.
Experience Required 3+ years of relevant experience executing financial valuation modeling, deal packaging, or target due diligence tracking within corporate finance or banking setups.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute advanced financial modeling structures, covering discounted cash flow (DCF), LBO, and market multiples analyses.

Prepare data-rich pitch presentations, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and executive management scripts.

Review complex operational books, client income streams, and balance sheets for potential healthcare targets.

Coordinate with investment banking directors, client corporate executives, and specialized healthcare legal teams.

Monitor shifting federal healthcare pricing models and promptly address valuation adjustments within active pitch models.

Manage transaction project performance, tracking deal timelines and financial reporting configurations.
