Structural Inspector
Job Description
Structural Inspector with at least 7 years of experience in roads, bridges, highways, and infrastructure projects. The role involves supervising and inspecting structural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Mandatory experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utility, highways) .
• Knowledge of UAE local regulations (RTA, ADM, DMT).
• Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural inspection of roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (AASHTO, ACI, BS, EN, ASTM).
• Prior experience with engineering consulting firms or construction supervision.
• Proficiency in reading complex structural drawings and specifications.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in government or municipal infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities Duties:
• Conduct daily site inspections of bridges, culverts, tunnels, foundations, and highway structures.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
• Review material submissions, reinforcement details, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for technical clarifications.
• Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and daily reports.
• Monitor contractor performance against HSE and safety protocols.
• Support handover documentation and final inspections.
