Senior Facade Estimator
Job Description
One of the trusted names in Aluminum and Glass fabrication, based in Dubai.
-Open to male Indian nationals, aged 40 years old and below.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC façade estimation experience with strong expertise in aluminium and glass systems, including curtain walls, unitized systems, stick systems, windows, doors, skylights, cladding, and structural glazing.
-Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and LogiKal/Orgadata.
Responsibilities Duties:
-Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and budgets for aluminium, glass, curtain wall, cladding, windows, doors, skylights, and façade systems.
- Manage the complete tendering process including RFQs, supplier pricing, bid evaluation, value engineering, and tender submissions.
-Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop cost-effective technical solutions while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
-Support project execution through tender handovers, variation pricing, cost control, benchmarking, and maintaining historical cost databases.
