• 2-5 years' experience administering Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, reporting and automation tools.
• Experience building dashboards, reports and workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly advantageous.
• Experience within real estate or a sales-driven environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM.
• Configure users, profiles, permissions and system settings.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data insights for management.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy through regular audits, cleansing and maintenance.
• Create and optimise workflows, automations and business processes.
• Support sales, leasing and management teams with CRM queries and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with department heads to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing and implementation of new Salesforce features.
• Produce documentation and deliver user training where required.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to maximise efficiency.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and technical partners when necessary.
