Job Description
We are looking for an exeperienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator in Civil Works.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, construction drawings, and clash detection.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Coordinate BIM models across multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Review, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design resolutions using BIM software.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, procedures, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Prepare BIM reports and support project documentation.
