Job Description
We are looking for an Investment Engineer to join our team in Dubai.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Real Estate.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
-Confident in cold calling and building relationships with prospective clients.
-Customer-focused with excellent presentation and closing skills.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
-Sales-driven with a strong desire to maximize earnings through an attractive commission structure.
-Highly motivated by performance-based incentives and achieving exceptional sales results.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
-Connect with prospective clients through outbound cold calling and follow-up activities.
-Engage with premium, qualified, and unlimited leads provided by the company.
-Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property opportunities.
-Conduct property presentations, consultations, and site visit coordination.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
-Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure.
-Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective buyers.
-Stay up to date with market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
