Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Supervisor – Automotive Service Operations responsible for managing branch operations, ensuring high-quality multibrand vehicle repair services, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising service, workshop, and spare parts activities, managing teams, monitoring KPIs, implementing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
 

Qualifications & Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Advanced training in Service Operations Management or Automotive Supervision is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Autoline.
• Professional automotive/service certifications are preferred.
Experience & Skills:
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive service operations with prior supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, technical specialties, and workshop operations.
• Ability to manage teams, handle complex relationships, and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities Duties:

• Supervise and monitor Service Reception, Workshop, and Spare Parts operations to ensure smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.
• Guide Service Advisors in vehicle admissions, customer handling, and service quality standards.
• Monitor branch KPIs including repair orders, customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational performance; recommend corrective actions when required.
• Conduct performance reviews and team meetings with Service Advisors, Team Leaders, and Parts Executives.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, 5S, KAIZEN, workshop maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor manpower performance, identify training needs, and promote “Fix It Right the First Time” service quality.
• Maintain proper control of workshop tools, equipment, spare parts inventory, and documentation accuracy.
• Implement QHSE and OSH policies, risk management procedures, and safety training to ensure a safe working environment.
