Supply Chain Planning Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, production planning, inventory planning, or material planning.
- Background within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Manufacturing, or Distribution industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, inventory control, and supply planning principles is highly desirable.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Develop and maintain demand and supply plans to support business and customer requirements.
- Create material and replenishment plans to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Review supplier delivery schedules and support production and distribution planning.
- Analyze planning data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes.
