Civil Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate civil construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, while leading and managing onsite teams to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, safety standards, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with good communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or civil engineering are preferred.
- Willingness to work in Dubai with flexibility to manage onsite tasks and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide work activities and resolve issues.
- Manage labor resources, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance of workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to report updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials to meet project standards.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions promptly.
