Projects Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Projects Coordinator to support our commercial projects team.
This role is critical in ensuring that project opportunities are turned into clear, competitive proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast, and capable of independently sourcing products and information when required.
•2–5 years experience in:
* Furniture / interiors
* Fit-out / project coordination
* Procurement support
•Strong research and sourcing ability
•Good understanding of:
* Furniture products
* Materials and finishes
* Basic project requirements
•Highly proficient in:
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft PowerPoint
•Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
•Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities Duties:
•Support the sales team in preparing:
* Project quotations
* Client proposals
* Presentations
•Review project requirements, specifications, and BOQs
•Source products not in the existing catalogue through:
* Supplier and factory catalogues
* Online research
* Industry platforms
•Identify suitable alternatives that match:
* Design intent
* Budget requirements
* Technical specifications
•Compile and organize:
* Product data sheets
* Images and specifications
* Pricing and costing sheets
•Assist in building structured and professional client presentations
•Coordinate internally with:
* Sales team
* Suppliers
* Operations
•Maintain organized records of project files and quotations
