HSE Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to board our team in Dubai.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in construction projects, preferably with engineering consultants in the UAE.
NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and statutory regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
Ensure contractors comply with approved safety procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
Monitor emergency preparedness and ensure emergency response procedures are implemented.
Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection logs, and incident statistics.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for project management and clients.
