MEP Engineer
Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
At least 4 years of experience in the same role within shopping malls in UAE, preferably in Dubai
Must have extensive knowledge and background in air cooler chillers
Available to handle emergencies outside of normal working hours
Responsibilities Duties:
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor management, PPM planning, and coordination with finance for timely payments.
Coordinate with leasing and fit-out teams to ensure smooth tenant handovers, approvals, and fit-out completion.
Manage utility account closures and transitions with service providers for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Support management in implementing property upgrades to enhance value and tenant experience.
