Job Description
A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide
Qualifications:
-Open to Arabic nationality, aged 45 years old and below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to UAE labor laws, HR operations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
-Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, KPIs, and employee engagement programs, with proficiency in ERP, HRIS systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Duties:
-Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, manage HR records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and attendance.
-Lead end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and implement performance management systems with KPIs.
-Identify training needs, implement programs to enhance skills, and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
-Advise management, resolve employee issues, improve HR processes, and align HR strategy with business objectives.
