The Of Counsel – Eminent Domain provides legal representation and strategic counsel on eminent domain, condemnation proceedings, property rights disputes, and valuation matters.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active state bar membership.
- 8+ years of experience in eminent domain or real estate litigation.
Responsibilities Duties:

- Advise clients regarding eminent domain laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal agreements.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
- Collaborate with appraisers, engineers, and other experts.
