Assistant Nurse Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager, NICU supports the operational and clinical management of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit by assisting with staff supervision, patient care coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with nursing leadership to ensure exceptional care for critically ill and premature newborns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 5+ years of NICU nursing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

- Support staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Monitor patient care quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
