Job Description

The Recreation Experience Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional recreational and leisure experiences for guests by coordinating activities, maintaining recreational facilities, and providing outstanding customer service. The role promotes guest engagement, ensures safety and operational standards, and creates memorable experiences in hospitality, resort, and recreational environments.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Tourism, Physical Education, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recreation services, hospitality, guest relations, or leisure operations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recreational programming and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement abilities.
  • Strong organizational and event coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide information regarding recreational programs, activities, and facility services.
  • Organize and coordinate recreational activities, events, and entertainment programs for guests of all ages.
  • Monitor recreational facilities, equipment, and activity areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Assist guests with activity registrations, reservations, and special requests.
  • Promote recreational programs and encourage guest participation to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all activities and events.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support special events and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing innovative recreation programs that enhance the guest experience.
