Job Description
The Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication supports the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive business growth, and strengthen the organization's market presence. This role oversees marketing campaigns, digital communications, public relations initiatives, and brand management activities while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or brand management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and integrated marketing communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools, including analytics and content management platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in brand management, public relations, and corporate communications.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Support public relations activities, media communications, and corporate events.
- Create and oversee content for websites, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing metrics and return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with internal departments, advertising agencies, and external vendors on marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables for marketing and communication activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to recommend strategic improvements.
- Assist in crisis communication and reputation management initiatives when required.
