Job Description
The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and warehouse staff workflows. The role ensures the successful execution of safe inbound receiving, precision storage categorization, and error-free outbound shipping schedules while maintaining strict workplace safety and inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent; professional training in Supply Chain or Logistics is highly valued.

3+ years of professional warehouse, distribution center, or inventory control experience, with proven team lead tracking.

Valid forklift operator license and basic computer literacy.
Preferred Skills * Practical leadership, spatial organization, and precise inventory control capabilities.

Deep familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcoding systems, and inventory tracking tools.
Experience Required * 3+ years of relevant experience directing warehouse shift work, executing physical stock audits, or organizing delivery manifests.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute daily warehouse receiving, shipping, and put-away tasks, matching logs against purchase orders.

Prepare structured inventory reports, shipping manifests, and weekly stock reconciliation summaries.

Review storage space allocation and direct the organization of goods to optimize safety and retrieval efficiency.

Coordinate with procurement departments, third-party logistics (3PL) drivers, and safety auditors.

Monitor warehouse equipment conditions (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Maintain absolute compliance with occupational safety guidelines (OSHA equivalents), local fire codes, and internal security rules.
